Shipping & Returns

Orders may be placed by Users 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Each of the Goods has its own photo.

In the Order, the User specifies the Goods ordered, including the type, style, color (pattern), and model of the Goods. After placing the Order, the User, to the e-mail address provided by him, will receive a reply from the Seller with information confirming the Order, at each stage of the Order status change, the Seller sends an e-mail to the User, informing about the payment being credited, shipment of the order, and order cancellation.

Before accepting the Order, the Seller may contact the User, e.g., in case of doubts, the need to clarify the Order, or possible shortages of Goods. In justified cases, in particular, in case of doubts as to the truthfulness of the data provided by the User, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to execute the Order.

The order will be processed if the Goods covered by the Order are available from the Seller. In the event of unavailability of the Product covered by the Order, the User receives relevant information within 5 days and decides on the implementation of the Order by deciding to partially complete the Order, extend the waiting period, change or cancel the Order in its entirety.

The contract is concluded when the User is sent information about the acceptance of the Order by the Seller to the e-mail address provided by the User.

All prices of the Goods are given in Polish zlotys or euros and include VAT. Binding for the User is the price given for a given Good at the time of placing the Order.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Goods on the Website. The introduced changes do not apply to Orders placed before the price change. The customer can pay for the ordered goods:

  • by credit card when placing the order;
  • via the delivery of electronic payments PayPal or PayU;

The invoice will be delivered along with the Order if the User requests the receipt of an invoice in the Order. In other cases, the User receives a fiscal receipt along with the delivery.

The time of preparing the Goods for shipment is the time from the acceptance of the Order to the moment of sending the ordered goods from the Store, only working days are taken into account here. An order for Goods with different delivery times is sent after completing the order.

The Seller will deliver the ordered Goods by courier.

These Regulations are valid from January 01, 2021. Ordering the Goods is tantamount to accepting the Regulations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, placing an Order requires reading the Regulations carefully and marking on the Order form that the User has read the Regulations and fully accepts all its provisions.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Any changes to the Regulations become effective within 7 days of their publication on the Website. Orders placed before the date of changes to these Regulations are implemented on the basis of the provisions in force on the date of placing the Order.

The Seller is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement for reasons beyond the Seller's control, including in particular for reasons attributable to the User (e.g. providing incorrect Data).

In the event of a change or cancellation of any of the provisions of these Regulations by a decision of a competent authority or court, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and bind the Seller and the User.

The law applicable to any disputes related to the Regulations is Polish law. These disputes will be resolved by the locally competent common court.

Returns

Due to the nature of underwear products, the boxer shorts are not subject to refunds.

You have the right to file a complaint in the event of defects in the delivered Goods. The complaint should be sent in electronic form to the indicated e-mail address, along with a detailed description of the defect, as well as with good-quality photos of the damaged product. The differences between the visualization of the Goods resulting from the individual settings of the User's computer (color, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint and return of the purchased Goods.

If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, the Seller will ask the User submitting the complaint to supplement them in the indicated scope. When the request will be granted we will exchange the faulty product.
